How to solve MIB compiler error? "ERROR: Cannot find imported symbol TEXTUAL-CONVENTION"?

I already compiled SNMPv2-CONF, SNMPv2-TC and SNMPv2-SMI without any errors. While compiling mikrotic.mib the compiler says:
