I am trying to use the Performance Data TCP Export with Netty server.

I am trying to use http://netty.io/4.0/api/io/netty/handler/codec/protobuf/ProtobufDecoder.html this example.

However I could not get the buffer correctly. Does Any one had tried something like this ?

Unfortunately I can't help you with your problem. But please add your OpenNMS, Java and Postgres version. Thanks a lot.
Thanks for the reply.
I thought I had written it in the question.
Anyway:
OpenNMS version:1.12.7
Java :1.7
PostGre: 9.3
I guess you had. I also guess there is a bug. After editing a question, the version fields are cleared.
I don't understand your question. What do you want to do?
What is the relation to OpenNMS?
Do you want to use the datacollection export via protobuf?
Well basically yes, I want to use the protobuf to read the rrd that I am generating, and I thought it would be good to use something like netty or other framework to create a non-blocking server.

Build up on that, think about adding something like AMQ in between.
