Get "SNMP ifName" from Index

0 votes

Hi community,

I have activated the traps in a Cisco router with a primary interface (E1) and configured for detect when layer2 change the status: snmp-server enable traps isdn layer2

The trap send the ifindex instead of ifname, for example:

This trap/inform is sent to the manager whenever the D-channel of an interface changes state.

                ifIndex: 24

                isdnLapdOperStatus: 1 - inactive(1)

If I search in the Physical Interfaces in the node I can find it: Se0/0/0:15, but how can I to add the "SNMP ifName" into the Event Notification mail?
