topology map shows no links

0 votes

Successfully installed and able to discover the subnets I need to map. However when I go to maps > topology all I see is a bucket of nodes - no links, no classifications.

Am I missing a plugin?

I had hoped to get a much better version of network mapping than what ZenMap gets me.

In order to get links shown, you have to configure enlinkd. See https://docs.opennms.org/opennms/branches/develop/guide-admin/guide-admin.html#ga-enlinkd

If that is not what you want, you can manually define your topology with the GraphML Topology Provider. Refer to the Developer's Documentation for more details: https://docs.opennms.org/opennms/branches/develop/guide-development/guide-development.html#_graphml
