Can remote pollers be grouped?

We have several networks we manage.  Each network is behind a firewall, and each network has the same subnet (i.e. 10.1.1.0/24).  If I install a remote poller to these networks, how do I separate them for viewing/reporting?  Are they set as a group, business unit, etc?

Thanks.

The remote poller does not solve your problem. He is built to monitor a single service, e.g. a web site, from multiple remote locations from another network perspective. The "Minion" project introduced in release candidate 19 addresses this issue and introduces also a monitoring location. A "Minion" is required in each of your several networks with a unique "Location" the "Location/IP-Network" allows you also to monitor overlapping IP address spaces. You can find more information in the documentation of the Horizon release 19.0.0 documentation which you can find here: http://docs.opennms.org/opennms/branches/release-19.0.0/guide-install/guide-install.html#gi-minion

Hope this helps
