How to Store and graph data from SystemExecuteMonitor?

0 votes
Hello friends.

I am beginning with OpenNMS and I have a problem. I created a script to determine how many users are registered on my VPN server, this script returns me a message like: "nUsers = 33" obviously the number differs according to the number of users who are registered. I have been researching and could obtain this information with SystemExecuteMonitor but I have no idea how to get the data, storage, graphics and to create thresholds, please Do you can tell me how can I do that?

I never used the systemExecuteMonitor,

To get these values into a datacollection I would prefer to extend your snmp config: https://wiki.opennms.org/wiki/Net-snmp_extend_collections
