But how can I stop Disk Table Index (UCD-SNMP MIB) from decending into autofs mounting NFS mounts?
Yes I'd like a report of utilization of / (root filesystem) but can't I get it without mounting all of my NFS resources... every 300 seconds?

I can just give you a hint. We exclude CDROM drives with this config: 

 <resource-filter field="hrStorageType">^\.1\.3\.6\.1\.2\.1\.25\.2\.1\.4$</resource-filter>

 

in our thresholds. So I guess you have to find out the OID for NFS mounts...

edit: try to walk the snmp tree and search for your mounts.
